Under the name of Museus d’Esplugues de Llobregat, you can discover the two museums of the city: Can Tintré and La Rajoleta, with ceramics as the common thread. La Rajoleta Ceramic Museum is located on the site of the old Pujol i Bausis factory. From its kilns, which are still preserved and can be visited, a large part of the ceramics of the great Modernist buildings of Barcelona came out. Puig i Cadafalch, Domènech i Muntaner, Josep Maria Jujol or Antoni Gaudí himself were clients and contributors of the factory, and in their works we will find ceramics designed and produced in Esplugues.

A few meters away, the Museu Can Tinturé is the only monographic museum of sample tiles. An open and bright space that turns an everyday object into a piece of art.

The museums collect the ceramic tradition of the city of Esplugues and bring it to the 21st century.
