In Tivissa Donkeys Firefighters we help with the recovery of equids that are subject to abandonment or mistreatment, or whose owners cannot take care of them anymore. We strive to provide them with a dignified life in a herd, assuring they graze freely in large natural spaces. They receive our support with adapting to the rest of the herd and continuing to be part of the Mediterranean culture. Our donkey brigade helps sustainable forest management through the ecological cleaning of undergrowth. They protect the natural environment from possible fires in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
