The National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia [MNACTEC] is a museum dedicated to disseminating knowledge and scientific, technical and industrial heritage. It preserves the most significant material evidence of the technical ingenuity of humanity, as well as the most relevant objects invented or manufactured in Catalonia. The MNACTEC is located in one of the most outstanding buildings of Catalan industrial modernism: the Vapor Aymerich, Amat and Jover. It is an old textile factory located in Terrassa, designed by the architect Lluís Muncunill and built between 1907 and 1908.
