The activity consists of a complete tour of Fargas-Fargas, with a wine tasting and a workshop to learn and practise with tools and resources for personal well-being. Using mindfulness techniques, you will learn to connect body and mind to the present moment and enjoy any experience to the fullest. With winefulness, these same techniques are applied to the world of vineyards and wine, in contemplation of the vineyard and its surroundings as you open your five senses to a glass of wine.
