This is a guided tour through the different permanent exhibitions of the Espai Ermengol, explaining the history of our territory through cheese, and the importance of milk production for the socio-economic development of the region. The tour is accompanied by an inclusive audiovisual presentation in four different languages, subtitled and in Catalan sign language (LSC). The activity ends with a tasting of DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) products from the Cadí Cooperative: Alt Urgell and Cerdanya cheese, and the new “Neu del Cadí” centenary cheese.
