We believe that if we start from healthy and well-maintained fields, we can feed our BROWN SWISS dairy cows well, by obtaining pastures and forage of high quality.
We treat the cow as a ruminant that is, sensible fodder, enough pasture, no silage and organic feed in moderate amounts, to obtain raw milk suitable for the manufacture of high quality artisanal cheese by the more than 8 artisanal cheesemakers of prestige to which we supply our milk.
