Visit to the old liquor factory, founded in 1883, where we can learn about the history of 5 generations of two families; we will approach the secular tradition of making homemade ratafia; we will get to know the world of the alchemy of macerations and distillations, in a wood-fired still in a bain-marie, of the various aromatic plants, roots and spices… We will be able to admire a beautiful collection of ratafia bottles and another of more than 2,000 liquor miniatures from around the world. At the end of the visit, we can taste the liquors that are made and buy them in the adjoining store.
