After returning from exile in the early 1970s, the poster designer, photographer, “ninot” maker, stage designer and writer Carles Fontserè lived and worked in Cal Tista and Can Montguix. His studio workshop is in one of the buildings, Can Montguix, which is open to the public. This creative workspace contains all the tools of the trade he needed for writing, drawing, painting and bringing all his artistic activity to fruition. With an open layout and room to move, the different areas perfectly fit the purpose for which they were designed: archives, a library, a painting area, a writing room… A unique place, full of objects and mementos that provide an insight into the life of this multi-talented artist.
