L’Espai del Peix, in an unbeatable location in the Port of Palamós, aims to contribute to the sustainability of fishing, improving knowledge of the sea’s products and promoting fish gastronomy, increasing knowledge of marine products of less commercial interest but which are valuable in culinary and gastronomic terms. With cooking demonstrations, we’ll show you fresh fish caught by our boats and landed in our ports, and you can taste them following the traditional recipes of the people of the sea. We also offer guided visits to the fish auction, whenever the boats go out to fish. You’ll discover the taste of our sea at the Espai del Peix.
