Creating wines with character is only possible in soils with an extraordinary geology. This route will take us from the rocks below our vineyard, where the dinosaurs walked, to the cultivation of quality vineyards through natural viticulture. And finally we will taste the wines that the rocks have given birth to. This geological experience is the result of the collaboration between the Sauvella winery, in Orcau, and Eureka SGN, where we fuse our passions, wine and geology, determining features in the history and landscape of the Pallars Jussà.
