A Calçotada can be a good excuse to enjoy your friends and family. And if it takes place in a unique atmosphere and with the best products it turns into a priceless experience.
At Mas Llagostera we use calçots (a kind of tender, sweet onions) from PGI Valls and meat from local producers. Meanwhile we prepare the meal you can take the opportunity to make the “Pedra seca” tour ( constructions made with stones but without concrete) or enjoy a taste of local wines and Cavas. But, that’s not all, you can also participate in a sauce making workshop and organise a sauce contest with your friends or family. You will have fun meanwhile you’ll learn the secret of the most characteristic and essential ingredient to have an exclusive Calçotada.
Calçotades at Mas Llagostera are always accompanied by wines and cavas from Penedès Region because the wine and gastronomy culture is fundamental to explain and understand the territory.

You will visit the workshop of a century-old bread oven and charming shops, such as "La Vinícola". The visit ends with a tasting of a selection of products made in the territory that will have been collected from the same shops during the experience. Groups of maximum 15 people.
