Previous walk around visiting the Sanctuary and the Baroque Altarpiece into the church. Visit to the vineyards, explanation of the type of agriculture applied (Regenerative/living soil) and introduction of the annual cycle of the vineyard. Mountain viticulture, risks and advantages. Visit to the winery. We will talk about the production process, visiting the different areas of the winery, reception, production and aging. (the winery is very small and is located inside the Monastery inhabited by Benedictine monks). Completion of the experience tasting our wines, pairing with cheeses from the Formatgeria del Miracle cheese factory among other local products from the area (sausages, self-produced olive oil, bread from local artisan bakers…).
