Inside, you'll find the factory where you can watch the cacao being roasted in a wood-fired oven while breathing in that persistent chocolate aroma that transports you to a magical world where chocolate is still crafted on stone in the traditional way.

You will be able to see first-hand all the stages of how the cheese is made and how it is matured, and at the end if you want you can do a wine and cheese pairing with accompaniments. At the end of the tour and experience, you can buy the wines and cheeses.

The Nougat and Chocolate Museum, located next to the factory and the store, is a cultural space where you can learn about the history of Nougat and Chocolate from Agramunt as well as the history of the Torrons Vicens company. The Museum is the perfect space to understand and publicize the origins of this secular tradition, the evolution of work and the trajectory of the Agramuntina population that, without a doubt, has been marked by this sweet.

We will visit the most emblematic sites of Les Borges Blanques, where we will tour October 1st Square, an old arcaded square that was part of the political and economic center where the old Town Hall was located and where we can enjoy an artistic and architectural landscape. During the tour we will also be able to contemplate the old church in classical baroque style. The itinerary continues with a visit to the Espai Macià, an interpretation center dedicated to Francesc Macià i Llussà, who was the 122nd president of the Generalitat of Catalonia. We will then visit the old Cal Gineret Mill, a Civil War refuge and space where oil was pressed and stored. At the Mill, we will conduct an oil tasting featuring oils from Les Borges Blanques producers paired with local products, through which we will awaken your organoleptic senses and teach you how to distinguish quality oil.

CASSOLA DE TROS IN THE MAS
In this case, we open the doors of our Mas de Clos Pons in Coma Extremera, within L’Albagés estate.

An exclusive and relaxing place surrounded by olive trees where a wonderful building from the 19th century, typical of Les Garrigues, rests.

Our team will give you a tour of the farm, to visit our varietal garden of olive trees, you will walk through centenary olive trees, you will discover a large cistern and you will be surprised by the mysterious cave.

Lots of activity to make room and enjoy a house vermouth that will give way to a memorable country casserole (cassola de tros) served at Mas de Clos Pons. Clos Pons wines, Orelletes and Cava. Minimum 8 people.

Unhurried, unguided and with a glass of wine in your hand. This is the most relaxed way to discover the secrets of the vineyard and the wine. Only the help of a map will guide you among the grapevines, where you will find the different L’Olivera wines that you can sample at your leisure. The tour consists of three distinct parts:

1. Guided tour of the mill and olive groves with a detailed explanation of the steps involved in the production of the oil from harvesting to grinding and filtering in the mill and finally packaging in glass bottles .

2. Next, we will offer you an olive oil tasting of the different oils we produce on the estate, a total of 8 seasoned and unseasoned extra virgin olive oils.

3. You will enjoy a vermouth with views in the olive groves. Piscolabis consists of crisps, arbequina olives, scallops, cheese and a drink to choose (vermouth/beer/glass of wine or soft drink and water).

Guided tour of the molí, taste of olive oil and gastronomic menu We offer a guided tour of the molí in order to learn about the first-class production process. Next, you will have the opportunity to discover our best extra green olive oils, among which is the Oleum Flumen oil, awarded as the best oil from Catalan producers of the 2022/2023 by ESAO Awards. You will then receive a dinar harmonized with extra olive oil and local products to the Fogons de la Carme restaurant in Cervià de les Garrigues, one of the most avant-garde restaurants in the region.

We offer you a unique experience: a free walk through the Artists' Vineyard, where sculptures and artistic installations coexist among vineyards and olive trees. We will also have a guided tour of the winery, where you can admire suspended sculptures that play with lights and shadows, while we explain the winemaking process surrounded by the artwork Between Heaven and Earth by Gregorio Iglesias.

In the heart of nature, you’ll enjoy a breakfast with cheeses and cured meats, rustic bread, tomatoes from the garden (in season), extra virgin olive oil from our dry-farmed olive trees, nuts.
