With this experience, we will travel together around the Pallars region through its gastronomy. After strolling through the vineyards and visiting the winery, we will sit at the table to enjoy our wines, paired with Pallars fantastic agri-food products.

Walk through the different vineyards of SANUI in order to learn about the work that is done there as well as the varieties cultivated to know their characteristics and then, in the winery, we will learn about the ways of making and aging our wines that we will taste, pairing them with the different products of the Horta de Lleida that surrounds us.

We offer visits to our cultivation field, where you can find more than 60 varieties of Aromatic and Medicinal plants. There we will invite you to taste, see, touch, listen, feel, discover, be surprised, be moved and much more. Let us guide you through a world full of mystery, wisdom, tradition, love and work!

Visitors can participate in the "Engraja't" route, which includes a guided tour of the orchards, stables and fields, where they learn about agricultural techniques and sustainability. In addition, they organize canning workshops, natural remedies, a bread maze and activities for schools, promoting the importance of local products. Granja Pifarré not only teaches the values ​​of the rural world, but also responsible consumption and the promotion of connection with nature.

A guided tour of the flowering fields, discovering the history and production processes of this spice. You can take home the saffron you harvest and finish the activity with a small tasting of the products.

Visit the old salt warehouse where you can discover how mountain salt is made. Visit the ground floor of the museum where you will learn about the work that was done in the warehouse, how the salt arrived, was stored, ground and sold, how salt can be made in Gerri and how it is made, and finally there is a section on oral memory where the former owners tell us about their memories and experiences of working in the salines.
On the first floor there are five short histories of salt at European and world level.
